Sunshine Enclaves work at various community sites and provide an opportunity for further independence and integration, under the supervision of a job coach and the support of coworkers on a work crew.  Enclaves may be located in area hospitals, cafeterias, food pantries or other local businesses.

Supported Employment offers job placement in the community, job coaching and long-term follow-along to eligible referrals from Vocational Rehabilitation.  Job interests are determined through a series of situational assessments and every effort is made to locate a job in the individual’s area of interest.  Consideration is given to an applicant’s skills, transportation options, etc.
